Calvin R. Johnson
Executive Vice President

Calvin is the Executive Vice President of Affinity Insurance Services, Inc. with overall management responsibility for Affinity’s Healthcare and Life & Health divisions. As President of Affinity Healthcare, the largest division of Affinity Insurance Services, Calvin is responsible for developing innovative solutions to the insurance and risk management needs of Healthcare service providers and their associations. This includes providing the overall strategic direction and program management leadership and support for numerous insurance programs offered to healthcare clients and associations.
Calvin brings over 25 years of insurance and healthcare industry experience in Property & Casualty and Life & Health products and program management in delivering distinctive client value. Prior to joining Aon Affinity in 1995, Calvin was national underwriting manager and Director of physician group practice and healthcare facility programs for CNA Insurance Co. He began his career with Aetna Casualty & Surety as a Sr. Commercial Account Representative handling multi-line commercial insurance coverage for large national accounts.
Calvin received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Finance, with emphasis in Economics and Accounting, from Iowa State University in Ames, IA. He is a nationally licensed agent and Surplus Lines broker and is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (“PLUS”) and the American Society of Healthcare Risk Management (“ASHRM”).
Eul Mendoza, RPLU, ARM
Vice President
Affinity Healthcare Division
Eul joined Affinity in 1999 and currently serves as Vice President for Affinity’s Healthcare Division. His responsibilities include new business production with special focus on large accounts in the Allied Healthcare arena, new business development, management of key large accounts in the program and brokerage area, carrier relationships, and market development. He has over 20 years of experience in professional liability insurance.
Eul received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Philosophy from the University of St. Thomas. He has held since 1993 the professional designations of Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) from the Professional Liability Underwriting Society and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) from the Insurance Institute of America. He is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS).
Patricia Schaeffer
Assistant Vice President
Affinity Healthcare Division
Patty currently serves as Assistant Vice President for Affinity Insurance Services' Healthcare Division. Her responsibilities are Systems Infrastructure, Compliance, Brokerage Best Practices and Operations. She has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry.
Patty received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration at West Chester University in Pennsylvania. She also maintains her Property and Casualty license.
Coleen Bachmayer

Coleen serves as Assistant Vice President for Affinity Insurance Services Corporate Accounts. Her responsibilities include syndication and program management of new and renewal business for Corporate Accounts and physicians. She has over 14 years experience in the insurance and Healthcare industries.
Michael S. Mooney

Michael Mooney is an Assistant Vice President, National Sales Manager for Aon's Affinity Insurance Services healthcare unit, specializing in insurance products designed for healthcare professionals and firms. He carries more than seven years of industry experience and has worked extensively in Professional Liability insurance for Professional Services Firms. Before joining the healthcare unit on May 1 2009, Mike spent most of his time working with mid to large size accounting firms in identifying risks outside of Professional Liability. Mike was the product lead on Network Liability, Management Liability, and Employment Practices Liability.
Mike began his career with Aon in 2002 as a Personal Lines Sales Executive working on homeowners, auto, umbrella, and life insurance products. Since then, he's maintained an unwavering focus on delivering customized insurance programs and exceptional client service.
Mike holds a property and casualty insurance license. He graduated from Rowan University with a degree in Business Management.
