Calvin R. Johnson
President
Affinity Healthcare Division
Calvin joined Aon's Affinity Insurance Services in 1995 with 10 years of previous insurance medical malpractice insurance experience. He leads the Affinity Healthcare team, which specializes in developing, distributing and managing customized insurance programs to meet the professional, business and personal insurance needs of healthcare professionals. This includes national programs for allied healthcare practitioners (e.g., Nurses, PTs, NP's, Pharmacists, etc.), dental professionals, medical doctors and ambulatory facilities.
Calvin received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Finance from Iowa State University. He is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS).
Gregory Scott Whitaker
Senior Vice President
Affinity Healthcare Division
G. Scott Whitaker currently serves as Senior Vice President for Affinity Insurance Services' Healthcare Division. His responsibilities include program management, new business development, acquisitions, and strategic planning. He has over 19 years experience in the insurance and healthcare industries.
Scott received an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Business Administration from The Jack C. Massey Business School at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee.
Mark A. Brostowitz, CIC
Senior Vice President
Affinity Healthcare Division
Mark currently serves as Senior Vice President for Affinity Insurance Services' Healthcare Division. His responsibilities include program management and development, enhancing and managing carrier relations, new business production and strategic planning. He has 25 years experience in various multi-line property and casualty insurance positions.
Mark received an undergraduate degree in both Business Administration and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. In 1992, Mark completed course requirements to earn a professional designation as a Certified Insurance Counselor.
Kenneth L. Laba
Senior Vice President
Affinity Healthcare Division
Ken Laba currently serves as Senior Vice President for Affinity Insurance Services, Inc., Healthcare Division, with the brokerage arm. His responsibilities include direct client sales of medical professional liability insurance (and related insurance products) to medical doctors', medical groups, medical facilities (including, yet not limited to) labs, surgery and dialysis centers and medical spas/anti-aging centers. He specializes in hard-to-place and unusual risks in the brokerage arena.
He has over 27 years experience in the insurance brokerage (17 with Aon), carrier, corporate insurance department and third party administrator arenas. Ken received a BA, Business from California State University Northridge.
Patricia Schaeffer
Assistance Vice President
Affinity Healthcare Division
Patricia Schaeffer currently serves as Assistant Vice President for Affinity Insurance Services' Healthcare Division. Her responsibilities are Systems Infrastructure, Compliance, Brokerage Best Practices and Operations. She has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry.
Patty received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration at West Chester University in Pennsylvania. She also maintains her Property and Casualty license.
Coleen Bachmayer
Underwriting Supervisor
Affinity Healthcare Division
Coleen Bachmayer serves as Underwriting Supervisor for Affinity Insurance Services Corporate Large Allied accounts. Her responsibilities include syndication and program management of new and renewal business for Corporate Allied accounts and Physician Risk Retention Groups. She has over 14 years experience in the insurance and Healthcare industries.
